Abstract:
Investigation into the effect of a named factor on the rate of dehydrogenase activity in extracts of chloroplasts.
Hints & Tips:
- Spinach leaves are used which should be left in the light for a few hours to ensure they are photosynthesising.
- You can make a mass spinach blend and then give students spinach suspension if only 1 blender is available.
- Consider an ice machine as you will need to keep everything on ice throughout the practical.
