Plant hormones effect on germination.

Hints & Tips:

- To make a 1 gdm⁻³ stock solution for gibberellic acid (GA3): 0.1g GA3 into 100 mL volumetric flask and add 1 cm³ 95% ethanol, make up to 100 mL with water.

- Sterilise sample bottles (check if they are autoclavable, or sterilise them in 70% ethanol and allow them to dry).

- Use barley or wheat and 30 grains per group.

- 3% solution of bleach.
