Abstract:
Investigate biological specimens using microscopes, including magnification calculations and labelled scientific drawings from observations.
Hints & Tips:
Set up the microscope by making sure the stage is as high as it can be then focus by moving the stage down not up. This will avoid breaking coverslips and damaging objectives.
