These lamb hearts are sourced from British abattoirs with the highest standards of animal welfare, they are a natural by-product of the meat industry.
Please note that although care is taken, some damage may have occurred during slaughter.
Preserved in formalin then Phenoxetol and vacuum packed for storage and delivery. Once opened, use immediately or submerge in preserving fluid.
